- Check that your conservatory frame is structurally sound and suitable for panel replacement
- Run through colour options and time scales with you
- Answer any other questions that you may have
- Confirm your quote price


Quote Is Accepted
Once you have let us know that you would like to proceed, we will complete the relevant paperwork, confirm everything to you in writing and arrange the site survey.

Order Is Confirmed
Once the paperwork is completed and a deposit is paid, we will confirm your order via email and attach a step by step guide explaining what happens next, along with your deposit protection confirmation.


Site Survey
Our surveyor will visit at an arranged time to take precise measurements of each individual panel, in order to ascertain the final manufacturing sizes.

Installation Is Scheduled
After the order has been placed and a delivery date has been confirmed, we will contact you to arrange your fitting date and look forward to seeing you again on installation..


Panels Are Installed
Closer to the installation date, we will let you know what time the materials will be delivered, and we will be on site to take delivery and start the project.
